All products sold by Leela's Ink are made-to-order and custom printed upon purchase. This means:

    • Products are created specifically for you after your order is placed
    • Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
    • Each item is unique and cannot be resold to another customer
    • Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process
    • Print placement may vary within a tolerance of 0.5" for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are listed in USD
    • Payment is required at the time of purchase
    • We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
    • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed

5. Production and Processing Time

As a made-to-order business:

    • Production typically begins within 1-3 business days of order placement
    • Total processing time varies by product and will be communicated at checkout
    • Processing time does not include shipping time

6. Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policy are limited to damaged products or manufacturing errors only. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

    • Custom-made products cannot be returned for size, color, or change of mind
    • You have 14 days from delivery to report any defects or damage
    • Photo evidence is required for all refund or replacement requests

7. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on leelasink.com are the property of Leela's Ink and are protected by copyright laws
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission
    • If you submit custom designs or images, you represent that you own the rights or have permission to use them
    • You grant us the right to use submitted designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

    • Violate any laws or regulations
    • Infringe on intellectual property rights
    • Submit designs containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
    • Engage in fraudulent activity
    • Attempt to harm or disrupt our website or services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Leela's Ink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or print production partners

10. Shipping and Delivery

    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
    • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
