RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Leela's Ink, every product is made to order. This means each item is unique and produced only once ordered. Please review our return guidelines carefully:
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Non-Returnable Items

- Bundles (all bundle sales are final)
- Digital downloads (yours to keep once delivered)
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
14-Day Return Window
For all other eligible issues (such as damaged products or manufacturing errors), you must contact us at SUPPORT@LeelasInk.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Leela's Ink requires clear photo evidence of the issue. If multiple products are affected, an additional photo or video showing all items in one frame will be required.
- There is no need to return the damaged product.
Reprints & Refunds
In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Leela's Ink offers a free replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Delivery Issues
If delivery is unsuccessful, you may request a replacement with an extra charge or opt for a partial refund.
Print Tolerance
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement applies. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
