At Leela's Ink, every product is made to order just for you. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Time

    • All orders are processed and printed within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed
    • Processing time does not include shipping time
    • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships
    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping Methods and Times

Once your order is produced, shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
    • Expedited options may be available at checkout

International Shipping:

    • International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days after production, depending on the destination country
    • International shipping times may vary due to customs processing

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Tracking Information

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
    • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system
    • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order
    • Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping Address

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
    • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting SUPPORT@LeelasInk.com

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, Leela's Ink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
    • If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier first

Damaged Packages:

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at SUPPORT@LeelasInk.com within 14 days with photos of the damage
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue

Undeliverable Packages:

    • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, you may request a replacement with an additional shipping charge or opt for a partial refund

International Orders - Customs and Duties

    • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
    • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office
    • Leela's Ink has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be
    • Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our original estimates
    • Refused shipments due to customs fees will not be refunded

Order Tracking and Delays

    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control
    • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at SUPPORT@LeelasInk.com and we will help track your package

Multiple Items

    • If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production schedules and locations
    • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
